My name is Ryann Heller. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My passion is working with kids, specifically littles (age 2-10). I find myself working a lot with kiddos with behavioral difficulties, trauma, anxiety, anger, and emotional regulation. Some of my primary goals when beginning sessions with kiddos is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and setting the foundation of emotions, while also supporting the child as well as the family. I adjust how I am as a therapist to meet the needs of the child and family. My favorite part of my job is learning things from the kids and seeing the progress they make each and every day.

You have one beautiful opportunity to walk this journey of life. At times that journey may be so full of fear, doubt, distrust, despair, and pain that you find yourself near (or quite literally) debilitated. Let me assure you, that you are not alone in this pain.
I believe your journey is sacred so above all I want to honor you and your journey. I also believe that the greatest power that counseling holds is in its potential to allow you to feel heard, truly heard, and accepted fully. You are enough in this moment as you are.The main focus for me in sessions is to provide you with a space to be fully you.
I would be honored to step alongside you on your journey.

Welcome to a place focused on you and your child! My name is Ashley Woltjer and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I work primarily with children and adolescents who struggle with behavioral, emotional, and communication difficulties related to trauma or neurodivergent diagnoses (such as Autism and ADHD). I use an individualized approach with each client based on their specific needs and goals, but I naturally lean into a humanistic theoretical framework—focusing on congruence, empathy, and unconditional positive regard throughout each session. I offer a specialized variety of therapeutic approaches including interactive play therapy and art therapy modalities, behavior modification, infant mental health modalities, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Circle of Security Parenting (COSP). I believe that empowerment, comfortability, and creativity drive people to create growth and change. I strive to provide a safe environment for my clients to feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, expressing their feelings, and shaping their own values and worldviews. I assist in fostering diversity, advocacy, and inclusion with unconditional respect to all.

My passion is to come alongside people as a compassionate witness to their journey of healing, growth, and change. One of the bravest things we can do is begin to understand our own story. Carl Rogers, a widely known
Humanistic psychologist once stated that “Once we accept ourselves just as we are, then we change.” I
love that perspective and as a therapist, I love to empower all of my clients to live their best lives. Life is
short, to short to have to carry the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, anger, etc… The sad
reality is that we weren’t designed to carry that weight by ourselves. Brandon uses an eclectic mix of
Therapeutic modalities to help individuals combat for those intrusive emotions, thoughts and feelings.
My specialty is trauma recovery with an emphasis on religious abuse/deconstruction. This can often feel
like grief and even PTSD. Awareness of the fact is the first step to recovery. It’s also important to
remember that you are not alone in this struggle. I am ready to help, lets talk about it. You’re worth it
and everyone deserves the right to choose how they will best live their lives. Together, we will explore
those environmental factors to help you become better informed on how to move forward and find
healing from a holistic viewpoint.
My therapeutic approach is client centered and integrates aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,
Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) as well as other
therapeutic modalities. You can expect a non-judgmental and caring atmosphere when we meet.
Together we will explore a plan to help you heal, grow and overcome any obstacles that contribute to
discomfort in your life.
